Competitions Terms and Conditions - ServerScores.com ("Promoter")

1. Employees, shareholders (or their family members) of the Promoter or anyone connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
2. To enter the competition, an entrant may be required to complete a challenge, as designated by the Promoter in the competition description. Entry into a competition will bear no financial cost to the entrant.
3. Closing dates for competitions will be announced 7 days prior to closure. All competitions will conclude within a period of 90 days.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
6. Unless explicitly specified, no third parties have any connection with any competitions provided by the Promoter.
7. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
8. The winner's username on ServerScores.com will be announced on the competitions page for a minimum of 3 days. The winner may request the removal after a minimum period of 24 hours.
9. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
10. Prize(s) will be delivered electronically to the winner. ServerScores.com assumes no responsibility once prize(s) have been transferred to the entrant's email address. It is the participants's responsibility to ensure email details are up to date.
11. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Steam or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
13. Individual competitions may be subject to additional terms and conditions. The Promoter may choose to deem an entry illegitimate (for example, in a Server Review competition, "fake" reviews will not be tolerated). In this case, entrants will be informed by email (via their registered email address on ServerScores.com).
14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant regarded as spam.
